Returns & Refunds

We want all our customers to be happy after the purchase, if you are not then you can return the products purchased with in 30 days of purchase. This can be due to a change of mind after the purchase, may not be fitting well as you expected or there may be some fault with the product.

As a first step of return, you must communicate the reason for return in writing with in 7 days after receiving the order and then return the product in 20 days time. You can do this either by giving the product at any of our collection center or sending us back in the address mentioned in customer service page. Please note that we will do refund only if the product returned to us is passed by our quality check team. Most importantly you should have a receipt of the purchase in order to get a refund. Apart from the receipt, the product must be unused and it must be in original undamaged packing. If payment was done using cash on delivery the refund will be made either using vouchers or cheque in the name of the person who has made the order. All payments made using credit card, debit card, net banking will all be debited back to your bluelilys account in the form of a voucher/coupon or directly to the card account. No of days required for the amount to be credited is based on the bank/payment gateway services.
