The items purchased can be cancelled before they have been packed and shifted from the warehouse. This also includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back in the form of a voucher/coupon of the same amount. When an Item(s) is purchased under any promotion it can be cancelled until it has not been removed from the warehouse. If many items are ordered under a single purchase, it can only be cancelled if none of the items are taken from the warehouse. When the process of cancellation is complete, the refund amount will be credited into your Bluelilys account in the form of a voucher/coupon of equivalent amount or the order amount will be credited directly to the card account. Bluelilys will always try to deliver the goods in the best condition possible and on the schedule time.
If you are cancelling an order where you have mentioned cash on delivery then there will not be any payment to refund. All payments made using credit card, debit card, net banking will all be debited back to your Bluelilys account in the form of a voucher/coupon or directly to the card account. No of days required for the amount to be credited is based on the bank/payment gateway services.
