1. I have forgotten my password to access My Account, how do I reset my password?
To request a new password, click on My Account/login and click the link 'Forgot your Password' enter your email address. Link to reset password will be sent to your email.
2. How do I change a password to access My Account?
To change your password, login to account and click on change password on Account information.
3. I haven't received my refund after 3 days? What should I do ?
For returned items you should expect to see your refund in your account within 28 days. For cancelled orders and amendments any refunds should appear within 5-14 days. If you have not received your refund and it is beyond the time frame stated please contact our Customer services team
4. I have received the wrong item(s)?
We are sorry we sent you the wrong item(s), please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. To return the product(s) please pack the goods into their original packaging, enclose the completed returns form, and follow the instructions on the returns note.
5. I received a damaged product, what should i do?
We are sorry your order has been damaged; please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our Customer services team.
6. Can I cancel my order?

7. My order has been cancelled
There are several reasons why your order has been cancelled and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our Customer services team.
8. How can I Make Payments?
Payment can be made via credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and all debit/credit cards issued in India. We do not accept cheques.
9. When will I be charged?
Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer have been authorised.
10. Will my card details be safe?
Yes, all your card details are encrypted. We use a safe payment gateway and comply with all required Regulations.
11. Why has my card been declined?
There are several reasons why your card has been refused. For further details please contact your card issuer.
12. Can I use two methods of payment when ordering online?
We currently only accept one payment method per order.
13. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is absolutely free if the total order amount is 750 rupees or more. Otherwise there would be an additional fee of 50 rupees.
14. What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days.
15. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?
There are no hidden charges, what you see is what you pay
16. Does Bluelilys deliver outside India?
No bluelilys delivery only in India, however we will see if there can be some alternatives available, please contact us on admin.bluelilys@bluelilys.com
